Arnott’s has a platform for their products that speaks to authenticity and realness. When we won the business, they wanted us to add real value to the ‘There’s No Substitute’ positioning that was beyond just the biscuit.
We thought that in this era of screen time over face time, there’s no substitute for real connection.
So we faked a casting session and got a bunch of Australians together to read their text messages to each other face to face. Biscuits were involved.
